A Preliminary Agreement is signed and your dedicated Construction Manager takes the reins. Our designers craft your Preliminary Drawings while Geotechnical Engineers and Land Surveyors carry out essential site classification — soil testing, wind rating, BAL assessment and a site feature survey. Everything is compiled and submitted for your approval before we move forward.
$7,500 + GST · 3–5 weeks
Where a Planning Permit is required, we manage the entire process on your behalf — so you can focus on the exciting part. This includes sourcing any additional reports Council may require, such as Land Capability Assessments, Bushfire Management Statements, flood overlays and Arborist Reports. We handle the complexity so you don't have to.
$4,000–$10,000 + GST · 12–24 weeks
This is where your home truly comes to life. Working closely with our Interior Designer, you'll finalise every colour, finish and fitting — choosing from our Essentials Interior Range or our four Premium packages, with the freedom to mix and match across the full collection. We then compile everything into a final package ready for your building contract and permit approvals, including your 7-Star Energy Rating.
$6,500 + GST · 4–8 weeks
Construction Drawings and the Specification Schedule are finalised, and Prestige Living prepares a detailed Contract Costing Breakdown for your review. We'll then prepare your HIA New Home Contract — clear, transparent and ready for signing. Building permit fees are payable at this stage, and upon signing, a 5% deposit of the contract sum is due.
